I've noticed that when I try to visit mintlify.com, it doesn't connect but when I visit www.mintlify.com, it does connect.

I'd like to suggest that mintlify.com redirects to www.mintlify.com or vice versa for optimum UX.

It'd be great if this can be addressed soon.

When I visit mintlify.com it loads as https://www.mintlify.com/. Checked in Chrome, Firefox, Ghostery, and DDG in both desktop and mobile.

How did you get it to not connect?

It's interesting because whenever I visit mintlify.com, browser visits https://mintlify.com/ and fails to connect but when I type in www.mintlify.com it visits https://www.mintlify.com/ which connects successfully.

I've observed this for a while now on both mobile and PC with Chrome and Brave. I'm yet to test it out on Firefox but it's been like this.

curl against http://mintlify.com, www.mintlify.com, and https://mintlify.com redirect to https://www.mintlify.com/.

This means your observation is correct and the redirect needs to be fixed.

If you want it fixed 'soon' then I suggest opening a support ticket as I'm not sure how long it will take to get noticed at this location.
