Support for Mintlify Slackbot in shared Slack channels

We have shared Slack channels with many of our customers. I'd like to add Mintlify Slackbot to those channels so customers can ask it questions and get quick answers in the tools they spend a lot of their day in (Slack). Also would provide visibility into what types of questions our customers are frequently asking.
