Loading indicator

Slow page loads are a pain for our users. They click a link and nothing happens. Is the link broken? Should they click it again? Maybe open the link in a new tab. Oh! Now the new tab is loading and the original tab finally finished loading so they have two tabs with the same page. Great.

Please add an indicator to show that a link has been clicked and the page is still updating.
