I found a repo on Notion (below) and it claims to be all inclusive but I wanted to know if someone tried / verified it or is creating their own?

Yes, it can be as long there is an MCP server that implement it correctly and expose all the features you need.

There are multiple Notion servers available, but there still isn't a great way to know in advance which one will best suit your needs without trying it out yourself.

All of these are use at your own risk, but frequency of updates is usually a good rule of thumb for picking an option to try first.
