I haven't understood if it's possible to insert multiple server configurations in the Claude folder or if a single JSON file is needed? For example, I can start the filesystem but then I can't start the MCP with Blender despite having completed the entire configuration (filesystem has the npx command, while the MCP with Blender is executed with the uvx command). How do you manage different servers?

You can configure multiple servers no issue.
Like the second server is broken or you have an issue in you config.
Post the config you made.
Another tip, try to run manually the configuation, as you might have local issues, like packages missing. This happen often with MCP. As some have dependencies and it's not correctly explained.
Alreay I see for blender you need to have Python + UV (advised install method here).

I'll explain better. I tried to create two separate configuration files because when I merged the request for blender and filesystem, claude gave me a configuration error. So then I tried to run one and then the other. Filesystem works fine without problems, while Blender I think I have a problem locally with the ports. I've already tried with the firewall and all the dependencies were downloaded correctly because when I start the server with uvx from the terminal it starts. So I came to the conclusion that I have a problem starting MCP on that specific port requested by Blender. I can try to change it but I've already seen that it's not running anywhere...

filesystem is stdio use no ports.
Claude Desktop error even if the server correctly setup unfortunalty! I see error the time while the MCP server correctly setup, this happenning since last month's update.

No idea, ask the support.
Ignore the error and check if the tool is listed. If it's listed then it's connected.

@TheEmilz have you been able to test the Blender server independently of Claude Desktop yet? The Inspector app can help isolate server problems since it lets you connect to a server and manually interact with its resources: https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/inspector

I don't have a problem with Blender server and Claude, I managed to set that up correctly. As you can see from the screenshot below I can't get the filesystem to work with other servers like blender and git. Installed one by one separately they work, even the filesystem works if I isolate it
