So many Sendspin players keep popping up

I use the HA APP frequently, and it seems that when logging in, a Sendspin Player endpoint is created.
I end up with lot's of Sendspin Players, far to many to my taste. And i do not even use the Sendspin players.
Could the Sendspin Server be optional instead of obligatory?

The answer to can it be made optional is no. Has this improved in recent versions?

I found that i can switch it off in the client side.
