New Translations

Alejandro has added a new command line option -C, see #4134.
This will be in the next release, coming soon.

I've automatically updated the translations of the command line:
(but marked them fuzzy for your attention)

There are two more strings both to do with command-line encryption:

• "A key can't be used: expired/disabled/revoked"
• "Missing encryption key; mail not sent"

The strings are now frozen until the release on Thursday 1^st February.
