Expanding the Translate Webpages

A while back I posted some tips for becoming a power-translator.
Unfortunately, I never had the time to add them to the website.

Would anyone be interested in cut'n'pasting my notes onto the website?
(I can email you the markdown, so there shouldn't be much to do)
We could create a new 'Translate' section.
