Translating the One-Liner Config Help

Hi Translators!

Nearly a year ago, I added a one-line description to each of the config variables. It looks like this:

neomutt -O -Q display_filter
# External command to pre-process an email before display
set display_filter = ""

It also works with neomutt -O -D to document all of your config.

When I added the strings, I deliberately didn't mark them as needing translation.
I wasn't sure if they'd be useful or if I'd keep them.

There are currently 462 config variables.

Are these strings useful?
Are they worth translating?
Would you be prepared to translate them?

I understand that it's a lot of work.

Since I already translated ~1.5k of messages into Serbian, there's no reason why not (provided they are available for translation, of course). I think the decision of making them translatable or not is up to you and the developers.
