Go! Go! Go!

After a slightly wobbly start last week, this release should be much better.
Some bugs still remain, but we're working on those.

Note: The git repo tag has changed to the format YYYYMMDD (dropping the neomutt- prefix.
(Last week it contained dashes, but they broken a lot of packaging scripts.)
