Regarding excluding views

after excluding views from a tiltseries and then making that job runnable and running that same block doesn't remove those views and doesn't realign the tilt series??

Is this a bug??

It should. Keep in mind that it will only re-align the subset of tilt-series from which tilts were removed. Which version of nextPYP are you using?

Indeed, we confirmed that excluding tilts in 0.6.5 will only remove the tilts from the tomogram reconstruction using IMOD's -EXCLUDELIST2 option, but tilt-series alignment will not be re-done without the excluded tilts. This version is from a year ago and we have since change this behavior but we haven't released the new version yet. If you are willing to do some beta testing, we can give you access to the new version.
