nextPYP
cryoCARE multi-GPU? #155

I'm wondering if the version of cryoCARE on nextPYP can only use one GPU, or if it supports multi-GPU training. I've tried referencing my 4 GPU system in Resources as I do with other jobs as gpu:1080ti:4, and also as a list [0, 1, 2, 3], but it always goes with using one GPU. Thank you! |

@AriaGarrett, you are right, cryoCARE in nextPYP should be able to use multiple GPUs, but the GPU resource list wasn’t being parsed correctly when passed to cryoCARE. I've fixed the issue and updated the release candidate 0.7.3. Thanks for noticing that. You can download the installer using: |

wget https://nextpyp.app/files/pyp/0.7.3/install -O install.Then follow the standard installation/upgrade instructions.
