nix-community repo for cygwin support in nixpkgs?

I've been working on cygwin platform support in nixpkgs, and I'm at the point where it would be really useful to have a binary cache, and perhaps better (than free GHA) builders. The hydra people pointed me to: https://nix-community.org/namespace-actions/, and nix-community.cachix.org.

Is this a reasonable thing to do on nix-community?

There is a limit on the namespace actions so I don't know how viable it would be to use them as a substitute for a hydra CI setup, depends on how much you want to build, I suppose we can try it and see.

I guess adding a windows CI runner to the community infra isn't impossible but I'd need some time to investigate it.

The Linux builds aren't that much of a problem at the moment and will be replaced with bootstrap tarballs at some point. Hopefully I can build those on nixpkgs hydra.

Everything is currently in a fork of nixpkgs. As a first step what do you think about putting that in nix-community/nix-cygwin? Something where GHA could push to cachix.

Sure. I've sent sent you an invite to join the org. Do you want me make a new repo for you (either an empty repo or a nixpkgs fork) or do you want to transfer a repo?

It's currently just on my personal fork, so a new fork of nixpkgs seems like the best idea.
