脚手架安装失败（mac os）

需要编译pydantic一般都是你的python版本不对或者你的系统架构非常奇葩。我觉得多半是你的python版本不对，下了非stable版本。

另外一个报错看上去是你的网络问题，连接不上 pypi。建议可以使用国内除了清华源以外的镜像源。
