我用NoneBot+Lagrange搭建的qq机器人可以接受消息但不能发送我设定好的信息

但是机器人没有反应，为什么？

你可以先打开 DEBUG 日志查看，确认你的响应器有没有正确加载。

响应器用的有问题，onebot事件消息返回的是一个json键值对，你严格匹配“测试”当然没用，需要提取文本字段再正则
建议换用on_message然后用rule子类去正则
