Hi, @Sharp34. Which OQS repo would you like to set up? |

Hey, sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm trying to set up OpenQuantime on Windows using PyCharm and Python, and I'm kinda lost. I cloned or downloaded the repo and opened it in PyCharm, but now I’m at the part where I need to install the library, and I honestly don’t know what command I’m supposed to use. I saw something about pip install -r requirements.txt or maybe pip install . but I’m not sure which one works for this or if I’m even doing it in the right place. Do I need to open something special in Windows or just use the terminal in PyCharm? I feel like I’m missing something really basic here. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
