Does intel AVX512 optimizations \ acceleration require liboqs?

Hello,
I'm runing SSL traffic using PQC.
My server is using openssl 3.5.3 has intel cpu with AVX512.

Do I need to use the OQS provider\liboqs to get the AVX512 optimizations and acceleration?
or it's already built in inside openssl 3.5.x?

The question of what optimizations are available within OpenSSL 3.5 would be best answered by the OpenSSL team. It may be that @baentsch would know, but if not you can ask on the OpenSSL forums.

These documentation pages describe the optimizations available within liboqs. Assuming you are most interested in ML-KEM, our documentation indicates that we have AVX2 optimizations for ML-KEM, but nothing specific to AVX512. Matthias Kannwischer wrote on LinkedIn about the performance of mlkem-native (which is what liboqs's ML-KEM implementation is based on) versus OpenSSL 3.5.
