Calling Profiles instead of api

I've been playing with the profiles for initialization of the openbao instance and it's very cool - great feature. I have a comment and a question

1. it was quite difficult to get the syntax right for each api call. It would be super-cool to be able to generate a profile from a cli command(like the json option) - this way you just enter the command you'd like to run, and the appropriate profile yml / json is output

2. is it possible to "call" a profile from the api ? Was thiinking of using it like a workflow when doing something - for example where createing a new user it would be great to be able to "do stuff" with the new user

1. This sounds like a cool improvement. :D If you're interested, I'd probably move this to an issue and expand on it so that others can contribute.
2. Yes, this is a roadmap item for 2025-2026: 2025-2026 Project Direction & Roadmap #1974 see item 1. I have draft code for it locally, but haven't yet had time to polish it up. Let me know if you're interested in trying it out.
