Openbao Github Action

Any plan to provide an official Github Action (starting for instance by a fork of https://github.com/hashicorp/vault-action) ?

Hey @laurentpellegrino! Other than potentially using inline authentication, I'm not sure what value forking this action would bring us? OpenBao seeks to remain API compatible with Vault (other than new features on either side), and so far this action looks to be maintained.

I'm all for consistent branding (or, if you're volunteering to become a maintainer for this 😉), but I'm not sure that alone justified another client.

(We have had similar conversations in the past around other things. We are likely going to fork the Vault TF to be more OpenTofu/OpenBao friendly and to fix some bugs. But I don't think we're going to fork everything, just because we can.)
