Can't find config.json to disable/enable packages

In the official opencloud-eu/web repository is says under the "Repository Structure" Readme Tab, that i can use the config.json file to enable or disable packages i don't necessary need.
Where exactly is this file located?

The web config.json file is completely optional and usually doesn't exist a default deployment. You can add it and point OC to it via the WEB_UI_CONFIG_FILE env var. It may look like so: https://github.com/opencloud-eu/web/blob/v4.2.0/dev/docker/opencloud.web.config.json
