Build OTBR with Network Synchronization Service enabled

Hi,

I built my RCP with the network time sync feature enabled, but 'ot-ctl networktime' on the OTBR device returns 'Invalid Command'.

I assume I also need to enable this feature in the OTBR build process, but I did not succeed in finding any info on when and where to implement this.

Could someone kindly share with me how I could enable the Network Time Sync feature for the OTBR during the build process, so I can ask the networktime from the RCP?.

The time sync feature is not currently supported in RCP mode.

Note that the time sync feature is experimental and not a part of the Thread specification.
