That doesn't really tell me how to resolve it for homebridge. Is the key part to run an mDNS reflector or was that added to OrbStack later in 0.16.0? I'm just trying to eliminate things I might be doing wrong.

I don't think anyone has had success resolving it. Running a mDNS reflector should no longer be necessary, but this issue is low priority because it only affects personal use, so I haven't gotten a chance to look into it again.
