Thank you, ssh works. Still, if I can vote a +1 for this: I believe people run virtual machines for isolate / protect their main machine, so I'd recommend starting in the linux home with a message that "you can change into your macOS home by cd ...". |

Starting the virtual machines in the macOS folder just really breaks my mind, I've been working on .bash_profile config and for testing I opened the new session and deleted the file. Of course, it means I've deleted my macOS file, not the linux one, as I've missed running
cd
after terminal start. Now I'm digging in my backup to restore that file.How can I configure "Terminal" to start in the linux home folder? This default behaviour is really confusing for anyone who is used to SSH.
