question about ssh the linux machine

In my first time using orbstack, I installed an ubuntu machine and was able to connect to him remotely using vscode normally,

The host field is obtained through the copy address function

But today when I used vscode to remote again, the connection was refused, I have restarted my computer before. Do I need to manually start any services that I don’t know after Orbstack starts?
I checked the official documentation but didn't find any relevant answers

I found that I can use vscode connection through this configuration, but after the connection was successful, I found that I was not the root user, if I want to connect as root, how should I fill in the configuration?

If you want to SSH to the hostname, then install your own SSH server in the machine. OrbStack's server works differently: https://docs.orbstack.dev/machines/ssh
