Manually badge an issue

Ability to manually badge a single issue (Polar UI + Chrome Extension for the Github Issues).

Useful even in case you have badge by label activated. Being able to have more flexibility and add it to a specific one nonetheless.

As discussed on Thu (June 1st) we'll expand further on this to offer:

• Customizing a single comment to be made. Either from Polar or maintainer personally. Giving an update to followers + being more prominent and clear further down.
• Copy link to the badge to embed it elsewhere too if desired
• Link to a personal promotion page for the funding of the issue
