Disable customer portal sign-in

When building a custom dashboard with some business logic it is important to prevent users from logging in to the portal where the logic may be different. Plus having one dashboard makes more sense anyhow if using a custom solution.

The customer portal can't be completely disabled since people need a place to download their invoices and update their payment methods, at the very least, and you can't completely replace that over API (especially the latter).

We have recently introduced a few toggles that allow you to disable plan changes among other things, which can help with your use case.
