Feature Request: Apple container support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Apple has open sourced container tool for silicon macs
It has a similar command line options as docker, is written in Swift, and optimized for Apple silicon.
Currently it's 0.9 release so I wonder would it be possible to get support for that in future?

Using supported tools like Docker on macOS instead.
