Improve Edge configurations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Problem 1: When adding new environments, the edge configurations do not autodeploy.
Problem 2: It's not possible to view which environments failed a configuration deployment. You just see that it succeeded for ( 2 / 4 ) with no option to browse deployment status of each environment.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Newly added environments should get configurations applicable to its edge groups auto-deployed just like edge stacks do. The configurations should deploy before stacks.
2. Add an environments tab showing deployment status per environment for edge configurations just like you have with edge stacks.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There are no alternatives I consider viable compared with my proposed solution.
