Mandatory environment prompts for stack files

There is no way to mark an environment parameter for a stack file deploy as mandatory (see wordpress database root password prompt when deploying from the portainer template).

Describe the solution you'd like
A flag which describes the parameter as mandatory and would not allow deployment without the parameter being present.
