Host specification in port to bind to is not supported in templates port mapping

Bug description

Create template with:

      "ports": [
        "0.0.0.0:80:80/tcp",
        "0.0.0.0:1883:1883/tcp"
      ],

This shows up as:

Expected behavior

Expect 0.0.0.0:80 and 0.0.0.0:1883

This is doable by manually editing:

More background

This was supposed to be fixed in issue #122. but usage is undocumented in https://portainer.readthedocs.io/en/stable/templates.html and doesn't seem to work.

#122 is related to the container creation feature, not to the templates. This would be a feature request as it's not supported at the moment.
