Nano mixes texts when scrolling or navigating through

Bug description

When using nano function in the console, and navigating with the arrows or scrolling down, the text mixes up and it's impossible to edit it.

2. Use nano function on a file
3. Scroll down/up or navigate with the arrows
4. See error

• Portainer version: 1.20.1
• Docker version (managed by Portainer): 18.06.1-ce
• Platform (windows/linux): windows and linux
• Browser: Mozilla Firefox

I confirm this issue, nano is completely bugged with the Portainer live console.

Edit : In fact this issue occurs when moving upwards. It seems that a 'clear screen' function is missing when scrolling up the console.
