[Feature request] Visual editor for stack configuration file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently in Portainer, there is no UI to create a stack, instead you have to write a yml file by hand.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to configure a stack through the UI in an intuitive and convenient way.

*Additional context
Maybe this could be something that resembles AWS ECS. I run some services there and I find that the UI is much more convenient to use than writing configuration files by hand.

I second this.
Once a stack is created the GUI can be used to edit all the aspects of the services. so it seems a somewhat trivial thing to generate template stacks and then let the services be configured via GUI.
