Add support for port range mappings when deploying services

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Port range mapping was introduced for containers in this pull request, it would be nice to have it for services also.

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to forward a port range from the host to the service.

Additional info:
I believe this will likely be the same or very similar functionality as the previously mentioned PR.
