Portainer Template - support localhost (127.0.0.1)

Hello,

When defining a template, it would be great if we could point the fields to location 127.0.0.1 of the server side. For example :

This is very important if portainer.io is embedded in a device (IoT Edge Device) that is not connected to the internet.
