Add support for docker-compose profiles

Any change to support the docker-compose profiles feature?

Would be great as for now I need to split the docker-compose file into multiple files which works, but is not so clean as with the profiles feature.

@eshirvana Greate to know, I'll try it next week. Maybe you can explain how to select the active profile when using Portainer with stacks. I didn't find anything in the docs.

Add COMPOSE_PROFILES environment variable with its value as profile name. It works.

Does it work with multiple profiles, too? If yes, separated by space or comma...
