Open pixel placement

Hello,

The open tracking pixel is currently placed at the bottom of the email. If the email is long then the open is not triggered. Is there a config to make this appear at the top of the email?

There isn't currently a setting for this.

To be honest, I don't believe that it works this way, the image should be loaded if the email is opened AND the email client being used downloads images.

Unfortunately it is regularly the case that email clients don't download images at all so the open event isn't perfectly reliable.

It is also possible that some services, like gmail, download the image ahead of time so you have a false positive for the open.
