This usually happens if there is a problem with the second database connection, have you supplied two sets of connection details to the configuration?

If you have, are you able to open the browser tools and see if there are any clues?

look at the Network tab, you should be able to see what happens when you click on the button to create the new mail server

I presume the error doesn't appear if you have a look at postal logs web? I can't remember off the top of my head if the ruby logs are buried elsewhere

As per the docs https://docs.postalserver.io/getting-started/prerequisites#mariadb-106-or-higher

If you are unable or unwilling to grant root access, the database user you create separately needs all permissions on databases called postal and postal-* (this prefix can be configured in the message_db part of your configuration).
