p-accordion use in p-dialog its create problem to p-accordion in v21

In PrimeNG 20, when using p-accordion inside a p-dialog, all p-accordion-panel items automatically open when the dialog is shown.

This is an unsolved bug of nested Angular Animations, we're moving to the new animation system in v21 to solve it. This also happens in Angular 10 if I remember, we couldn't find a solution years ago, problem persists. Luckily v21 will resolve it in November.

@cagataycivici, You resolved the above issue. However, after checking the new version (v21), I found another issue: when p-accordion is used inside p-dialog, it creates unnecessary space below the accordion within the dialog.

Additionally, the ripple effect on the header extends outside the header area.

@cagataycivici I found one more issue: when the main left sidebar has a scrollbar and when scrolling and open a submenu then the submenu’s position does not align properly with the corresponding main menu item.

Please check the screenshot. I opened the Pages menu, and as you can see, the submenu shifts downward when it is displayed.

@cagataycivici I found one more issue: When I use p-carousel inside p-accordion, and the p-accordion is placed inside a p-dialog, the accordion’s content extends beyond the visible area. As a result, when the accordion is opened, the p-dialog shows a horizontal scrollbar.
