Bar chart: with migration to LTS version is non responsive

I was in version 13.0.10 and migrated to 13.0.24-LTS
I face an issue with a bar chart that before rendered like:

and now renders like:

The only hint I found so far was in this issue primefaces/primefaces#12572 and I have barChart with a very simple style as well.

What else do I need to do? Can't find any proper documentation about this
