Hi !

I'm trying to start the MCP server in VS Code. Latest version of node is used. I'm getting this error :

Failed to start PrimeNG MCP Server: Error: Tool get_migration_guide expected a Zod schema or ToolAnnotations, but received an unrecognized object

Is this a known issue? I couldn't find any threads about this error.
