payed lifetime license but not working

I have paid for the lifetime license, but still it says in the window that it is activated, yet I continue to see the little man with the + sign to log in, or I can't operate any buttons, and it won't accept my hub that has been converted to the Pybricks firmware.
I would like a solution because I have paid for this, so it should work.

As I see this your license is activated.
My license also is activated as I can see in a similar panel.
If I click the top-right "x" of the license panel, see a panel like this:

Your license is working normally. You're signed in. No need to click the user icon again.

Which button do you say is not working? Have you installed Pybricks on the hub yet?
