does anyone have any experience of using the QikEasy adapter with the technic hub or another powered up hub?
or does anyone even know if this is possible.
the qikeasy adapter allows using ev3 motors and sensors with spike/inventor hubs. all the info i can find is for using it with the lego block based programming environment, but i am wondering if it can be done using micropython via pybricks using the technic hub.
i have built a parralelogram robotic arm and would like to use the small ev3 motor for the gripper to keep the size and weight down. i am currently using the boost xl motor, as its the smallest motor with a rotation sensor i can get hold of. but its increasing the width of my robot arm by 2 lego units compared to what i could achieve with the ev3 medium motor.
i could use technic medium motor with is not as wide but its a good bit heavier than the previously mentioned motors. Another option is the small angular motor, but i can only find it for £50.
