Differences in tkinter showinfo between running as script and as compiled

I am experiencing differences between the displayed windows of tkinter showinfo by a script and its compiled version.
This is the script:

root.mainloop()

For reference, this is the requirements file:

Does anybody know how to rectify this? Thank you.

I think the style differences might indicate an issue with manifest (and so older version of MS Common Controls is used). But if that was the case, I would expect the executable built with --windowed option to fail altogether...

That said, I cannot seem to reproduce the issue on my test machine. What version of Windows are you using? Can you upload your example executable somewhere so I can download it and take a look at it?

Thank you for looking into my post. I noticed that this is a mistake. The executable is an older version of the script, and has the same name, which caused the confusion. The correct executable shows the correct window, same as the script.
