Error when running exe created using pymupdf

Hello - i have the following code , which is not working when i create an executable with pyinstaller -

import pymupdf.layout
import pymupdf4llm
from pathlib import Path
doc = pymupdf.open("inp.pdf")
txt = pymupdf4llm.to_text(doc)
suffix = ".txt"
Path(doc.name).with_suffix(suffix).write_bytes(txt.encode())

I tried to create the exce with:

pyinstaller --onefile --collect-data frozendict test.py

But when i run the exe i get this error:
