Poetry error message

At first I installed it with following command

pip install poetry

after the installation I tried the poetry command in the same terminal but I get this error message

poetry : The term "poetry" was not used as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or
executable program detected. Check the spelling of the name or if the path is correct (if
included) and repeat the process.

In the installation process I also got this warning:

  Consider adding this directory to PATH or, if you prefer to suppress this warning, use --no-warn-script-location.
  WARNING: The script poetry.exe is installed in 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python310\Scripts' which is not on PATH.

I also tried to install poetry without using python directly. For that I used the provided poetry documentation on the official website.

(Using Windows PowerShell)

(Invoke-WebRequest -Uri https://install.python-poetry.org -UseBasicParsing).Content | py -
or
(Invoke-WebRequest -Uri https://install.python-poetry.org -UseBasicParsing).Content | python -

(using py or python depends if python is installed via the python installer or via the windows store)

Does anybody know why this happens and how I can fix it?

I'm using Windows 11, python 3.10.1 (installed for all user and "Add Python to the environment variables" is checked) and poetry 1.3.1
