I'm curious about the init_from option of create collection API.

I tried to migrate a collection of fairly large data. I have two questions during the process.

1. When creating large data with init_from under low memory conditions, it seems that the init replication task is interrupted in the middle. Is this the intended behavior?
2. Is there a way to check the status of the init_from-based replication task or to retry it?

init-from is a subject to be deprecated. As you observed, it is not stable and should be avoided
