Native S3 Express support

Just wondering if there's any interest in moving away from local disk storage to using a cloud native fast object store like AWS S3 Express: https://aws.amazon.com/s3/storage-classes/express-one-zone/

I really like the idea of fast "unlimited" storage without needing to worry about local disk sizes needed to be expanded over time.

We have no immediate plans to implement this. But we might investigate this idea in the future.

For now, if looking at "unlimited" storage, EBS may be an option.

EBS is kind of a pain because you have to manage a bunch of volumes. Right now you can only store up to 16tb of data in a single EBS volume.

Using S3 Express Zones you literally have limitless data storage and it's as fast as EBS.
