Rebuild quran.com-frontend-next with Next.js App Router & ShadCN

Why?

The current project uses an older Next.js Pages Router. Migrating to App Router with ShadCN UI will modernize the frontend with:

• Better performance (React Server Components, Server Actions)
• Improved UI/UX (ShadCN is more customizable)
• Future-proofing (Latest Next.js best practices)

Plan

1. Create a new Next.js project (create-next-app@latest).
2. Rebuild core features step by step.
3. Integrate ShadCN UI for a cleaner component system.
4. Ensure API compatibility and migrate gradually.

Next Steps

• Should we start fresh or refactor the existing code?
• Any critical dependencies or blockers to address?
• How do we ensure a smooth transition?
