issue: validate does not receive formValues on react native app

Steps to reproduce

run app on ios device

1. add firstname and lastname field and submit.
2. See console log with undefined formValues (ex: $$$ formValues: undefined)

Expected behaviour

the issue (#10446) is closed for web platform.
however the formValues is still not available with react native app.
