Rules of Controller does not react to changes in v7

In Rules of Controller does not react to changes ,
the issue is solved in v6 but it happen again in v7.

Expected behavior
the error should be removed after the rules were removed in the TextField

I use a check box to change the rules in the TextField
required when checked
none when unchecked

shouldUnregister does not help in this case.
clearErrors does not help as the rules are unchanged and the error will occur again after trigger
